Tribeca Preparatory
A conversion of an existing commercial facility in a mixed use building to a private school that accommodates students with learning differences, autism, and ADHD. The work involved opening the stair from the main floor to the floor above, while maintaining the fire protection and life safety systems. The conceptual design for the acoustic ceiling baffles and graphics are in collaboration with the school’s graphic designer.
