Existing Art Center
Prattsville Art Center and Residency
In response to Hurricane Irene and the floods that devastated the town, the project requirement was to raise the existing art center and barn above the floodplain. In addition to raising the buildings, these propositions include a front deck, wheelchair accessibility, and outdoor bleachers in the rear for lectures.
